All walks and activities are funded by grants and designed to reach individuals who may not have access to traditional learning opportunities.

Projects

Our diverse project portfolio includes:

  • Black History Month Programming: Annual borough-wide events across London including heritage walks with community speakers, exhibitions and educational programming that centre Caribbean heritage and Black British history

  • Exhibition Projects: Such as "Written in the Records: Black Presence in Putney's Past" with Wandsworth primary schools

  • Community Documentation: The Hackney Black History Book project

  • Upcoming Projects: Notting Hill Carnival 60th Anniversary Programme in 2026, featuring heritage walks, exhibitions and workshops

Each project reflects our core values: dignity-centred storytelling, authentic community partnership and historical accuracy that honours resistance and resilience.
