About the Project
Leslie Palmer MBE is writing his memoir. As Director of Notting Hill Carnival from 1973 to 1975, he introduced the sound systems, extended the route and gave the Carnival its pan-Caribbean identity. Known as Teacher, he is the architect of modern Notting Hill Carnival.
More Curricular CIC is partnering with Leslie to support the development and publication of his memoir.
